Everyday tasks, quickly

The things you'll do most often, and exactly where to do them.

Schedule a job & assign crewSchedule → click a job's Schedule button → set date, time and tick the crew. Two or more on a job? Pick a site leader.
See where money's stuckJobs → Job board. A card-per-job wall that flags anything sitting too long, with the dollar value on each column.
Chase overdue invoicesInvoices → Receivables → Send reminder next to any unpaid invoice. Turn on automatic chasing in Business settings.
Invoice a pile of jobsInvoices → Billing run → filter to Done, tick the jobs, choose one-invoice-per-job or per-customer, Create invoices.
Approve hours & leaveTeam → Timesheets → step through weeks, approve leave and reimbursement claims, download the payroll CSV.
Keep licences currentTeam → Licences. Add each ticket's expiry and Jobdeck warns you before anything lapses. Same idea for gear under Buying → Plant & equipment.
Stay WHS-compliantTeam → Toolbox talks (digital sign-on) and Incidents (tells you the moment something's notifiable).
Connect your accountingSettings → Integrations → connect Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks; push customers and invoices across with Sync now.
Take card paymentsSettings → Integrations → connect your own Stripe or Square account, so a customer paying an invoice by card lands straight in your own bank — Jobdeck never holds the money.
Rebook recurring workSettings → Recurring jobs (auto-raises the job) and Messages → Service reminders (chase smoke-alarm tests, test & tag, and the like).
Raise a purchase orderBuying → Purchase orders → New PO. Track it through to Back orders if a supplier can't fill it in full, and match the supplier's invoice against it from Supplier invoices.
Run a stocktakeBuying → Stocktakes → count what's actually on the shelf and reconcile it against Stock on hand. The Reorder list flags anything that's dropped below its minimum.
Check what an hour actually costs youReports → Overheads & rate. List every cost your business carries outside a job, and it works out the charge-out rate that actually covers them.
Get a snapshot of the businessReports → Business health for the numbers, or the Today screen for what needs your attention right now.
