What counts as a user. Anyone with a login who is still active on the account. Someone you have deactivated stops counting from that moment, so a worker who has moved on is not costing you anything. Your accountant or bookkeeper gets a free read-only seat that never counts towards your band, and you can have two of those. Give one of them wider access than read-only and they become an ordinary user like anyone else.

Do I need it on every phone?
You run the business; your crew get their own logins on their own phones and see the jobs they're on and clock their hours. You see the whole picture. One subscription covers the lot, no per-seat fees until you pass 30 people.
Does it do proper GST tax invoices?
Yep. Real GST tax invoices with your ABN, business name, logo and bank/PayID, the GST broken out, and a BAS-ready summary come tax time. You can push it all to Xero or MYOB too.
Can I log in on a computer?
Yes. There's a web dashboard for owners. Same login as the app, so you can quote, invoice and check reports from the office. Log in here.
What are purchase orders for?
Any of the crew can raise a numbered PO against a job at the wholesaler. You give the number to the supplier, and when their invoice comes in it matches straight back to that job, so the cost lands in the right place without you hunting for it.
What businesses is it for?
Any business that runs jobs. Sparkies, plumbers, chippies, builders, landscapers, HVAC and field-service teams. It works for a sole trader on day one and scales up as you add crew, so it grows with you rather than boxing you in.
Does it work with no signal on site?

Your business data is yours. It's stored securely, never sold, and you can export it or delete your account whenever you like. See our Privacy Policy.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. When a subscription ends the account goes read-only: you can still open every job, quote, invoice and report, and you can still download the lot from the Reports page. You just can't add or change anything until you pick the subscription back up, and everything is exactly where you left it when you do.
How much is it, and can I cancel?
There's a 14-day free trial so you can run the whole app on a real job first. After that it's one flat monthly price for the business based on your team size. Everyone's included. Starting at $39/month including GST for one or two, and moving up a band as you grow. There are no per-seat fees for up to 30 people; past 30 it's $6 a month for each extra person. You subscribe and manage your plan in the web dashboard, and you can cancel there anytime. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there an Android version?
Jobdeck runs in any phone's browser today, on Android and iPhone alike, and the dashboard works on a phone screen. Native apps for both are in the works. You do not need one to start.
