What your customers see

These are the no-login pages Jobdeck creates for the people you work with. They show your business name, never Jobdeck's branding, and never expose your costs, profit or crew.

Quote. Accept online /quote/…

Who gets it: A customer you sent a quote link.
They can: Read the quote and Accept it by typing their name (a legal e-signature). Tiered quotes let them pick Good / Better / Best; classic quotes let them tick optional extras with the total updating live.

Job portal /portal/…

Who gets it: A customer given the status link for one job.
They see: Read-only: job status, next visit, the quote, approved variations, invoices (paid/unpaid) and job photos.

Customer portal /portal/customer/…

Who gets it: A repeat customer given one lasting account link.
They see: Every quote, job and invoice they've had with you, and a "View & accept" button on any open quote.

Variation. Approve online /variation/…

Who gets it: A customer sent a variation (extra or changed work).
They can: Approve it with their name, or Decline it. The paperwork that means you get paid for extra work.

Request-a-quote form /enquiry/…

Who gets it: A lead following your public "request a quote" link (your website, Facebook).
They can: Send their name, phone, email and message straight into your Enquiries inbox, no login required.

Get a shareable link for any of these from the record itself — a customer's "Get portal link" button, a quote's Send, an invoice's Create pay link, or the shareable link on Messages → Enquiries for the request-a-quote form.
